As a veteran Officer of 29 + years, Theodore “Ted” Anderson has been a life long friend and co-worker. Ted is my “brother from another mother.” Ted has worked in a number of facets within the police department, but electing to settle on our elite harbor patrol as a seasoned, expert dive master.
